A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Piron's Larpe Urria got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Elicegui in the 24th minute of play forced Piron's goalkeeper Sabin Armiñan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Piron's Lucio Ovalle got a free kick in the 25th minute. Sabin Armiñan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Elicegui in the 34th minute of play. Sabin Armiñan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Elicegui in the 36th minute of the match. San Lorenzo's Maximo Escajedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larpe Urria in the 42nd minute of play. Orlo Serradell hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Lando Agustino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Lando Agustino took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sabin Armiñan. Sabin Armiñan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Sabin Armiñan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amador Elicegui showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. Amador Elicegui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Sabin Armiñan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The San Lorenzo fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when San Lorenzo's Amador Elicegui looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 67th minute, Amador Elicegui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Escajedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlo Serradell in the 68th minute of play. After 69 played minutes San Lorenzo got a freekick which was hit by Gomesano Dalmases. Maximo Escajedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlo Serradell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lando Agustino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th match minute, Piron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlo Serradell to maneuver through the defense. Orlo Serradell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a left leg Sabin Armiñan saved Piron from getting behind. Amador Elicegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabin Armiñan having to interfere. The Piron fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. San Lorenzo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
