After a rather tough play, Faint FC's Fagildo Roque got a free kick in the 7th minute. Cristian Cosoroabă's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Tiburcio Aleja - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 8th minute. The Hercules CF fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Hercules CF's Daniel Rojas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Daniel Rojas took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiburcio Aleja. Tiburcio Aleja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Daniel Rojas sped through Faint FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tiburcio Aleja. Faint FC's Tiburcio Aleja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Rojas in the 30th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 32 minutes into the game, when Fagildo Roque put in a rough tackle. Cristian Cosoroabă shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Xalbador Amenedo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Tiburcio Aleja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Purrigimon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Endira Lozares scored 0-6 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Aleja, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tiburcio Aleja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Rojas in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Daniel Rojas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Tiburcio Aleja made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Errapel Saes got free with Tiburcio Aleja in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hercules CF's Daniel Rojas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 58th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Faint FC's zone, Felix Mostache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Aleja came out of the goal and Felix Mostache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiburcio Aleja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Mostache in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Purrigimon in the 63rd minute of play forced Faint FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Aleja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiburcio Aleja didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Rojas went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Tiburcio Aleja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Purrigimon in the 71st minute of the match. Hercules CF's attentive Endira Lozares managed to snatch the ball when Udalaitz Tavarez made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. Tiburcio Aleja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Mostache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiburcio Aleja made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Daniel Rojas sent off a good shot on target. Errapel Saes charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The crowd rose to their feet as Hercules CF's Daniel Rojas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiburcio Aleja. That made the score 0-9 after 82 minutes of play. Endira Lozares charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Endira Lozares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute, Endira Lozares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hercules CF's Felix Mostache got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christiano Ardanzas short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Tiburcio Aleja to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Faint FC's Marino Olañeta got a free kick in the 96th minute. Hercules CF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
