Spectators: 6848 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felicio Tello started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Eude Garrido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catalinita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eude Garrido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 4th match minute, Farfán CP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Briceño to maneuver through the defense. Raul Farias was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 5th minute. Catalinita's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Raul Farias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Andy Peralta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Farfán CP's zone, Eude Garrido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andy Peralta came out of the goal and Eude Garrido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felicio Tello in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto De Mónica saved Catalinita from getting behind. When Catalinita's Eude Garrido in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Farfán CP's goalie prevented a goal. Andy Peralta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eude Garrido in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Melido Ávila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match Catalinita got a corner. Farfán CP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juan Rubio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Catalinita's Juan Rubio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andy Peralta in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eude Garrido made a kick off. Felicio Tello hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Andy Peralta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eude Garrido, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Catalinita's Eriberto De Mónica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felicio Tello in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Farfán CP's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Farias came free, but Andy Peralta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Raul Farias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catalinita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Farias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eude Garrido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Andy Peralta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute Raul Farias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Peralta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Alvar Riojas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto De Mónica was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Frank Córdova made a great header on Catalinita's corner, it was just that Farfán CP's Andy Peralta managed to reach the ball for a save. When Eude Garrido fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Catalinita's protests and gave Eude Garrido a yellow card for diving instead. Anthony Salinas kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. If Alvar Riojas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Farfán CP had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
