After 18 minutes, Aureliano Guerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Francisco de Marcoris and the Churchill FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, San Francisco de Marcoris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Guerra to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo De La Vega stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allahyar Akbar's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Allahyar Akbar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Josías Alkorta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allahyar Akbar in the 38th minute of play forced San Francisco de Marcoris's goalkeeper Ricardo De La Vega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Allahyar Akbar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Adán Larroca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo De La Vega was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 48th minute, Josías Alkorta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jules Donato made a kick off. Allahyar Akbar kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, San Francisco de Marcoris's Jules Donato sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Neto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Allahyar Akbar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Allahyar Akbar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Churchill FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Allahyar Akbar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo De La Vega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo De La Vega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allahyar Akbar in the 65th minute of the match. Josías Alkorta charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Josías Alkorta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Josías Alkorta hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Churchill FC's Adán Larroca got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to San Francisco de Marcoris getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Donald Farias hit a great ball. Camilo Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Donato in the 71st minute of play. In the 81st minute, Allahyar Akbar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ricardo De La Vega. The goal made the score 0-3. Ricardo De La Vega was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Allahyar Akbar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Allahyar Akbar really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in San Francisco de Marcoris's zone, Allahyar Akbar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo De La Vega came out of the goal and Allahyar Akbar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Churchill FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Francisco de Marcoris throughout the match.
