Spectators: 7300 (Terracing: 5100, Seating: 2100, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jules Donato made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Donald Farias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Francisco de Marcoris's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SantiagoFc the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, San Francisco de Marcoris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donald Farias to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Alvaro Muñoz in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SantiagoFc's Ernesto Serna. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind SantiagoFc's goalkeeper Julio Patterson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Patterson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jules Donato in the 15th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Jules Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Patterson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Donald Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernesto Serna charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Serna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes SantiagoFc got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Serna. A collision led to SantiagoFc getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lisandro Allison hit a great ball. Ricardo De La Vega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lesli Ochoa in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of San Francisco de Marcoris booed when SantiagoFc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Serna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lesli Ochoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricardo De La Vega didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lesli Ochoa went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dario Trujillo during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SantiagoFc getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Dario Trujillo hit a great ball. Julio Patterson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Donato in the 58th minute of play. Julio Patterson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josías Alkorta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 played minutes SantiagoFc got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Sarabia. Julio Patterson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josías Alkorta in the 82nd minute of play. Ricardo De La Vega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lesli Ochoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Patterson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jules Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SantiagoFc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
