Thanks to some nice moves Jenaro Silva could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Ricardo De La Vega however easily saved by the left post. After 56 minutes of play La Romana's Julio Zapata was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jules Donato in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amaury Noboa saved La Romana from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as San Francisco de Marcoris's Jules Donato slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amaury Noboa. That made the score 0-1 after 62 minutes of play. 68 minutes into the match, La Romana's goalkeeper Amaury Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josías Alkorta. In the 70th minute, Jenaro Silva made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo De La Vega. San Francisco de Marcoris's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 95 minutes of play, San Francisco de Marcoris's Josías Alkorta made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amaury Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there!
