Omar Palma kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 13 minutes, Casimiro Villanueva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Univ. UASD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Villanueva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Casimiro Villanueva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Baibakov. In the 29th match minute, Royal Caribbean was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Avilés to maneuver through the defense. Casimiro Villanueva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. UASD's Hanley Morrison made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Baibakov was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Royal Caribbean's zone, Hanley Morrison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Baibakov came out of the goal and Hanley Morrison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Casimiro Villanueva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Baibakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Royal Caribbean's Tony Sepúlveda got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Casimiro Villanueva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Casimiro Villanuevas short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Roman Baibakov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Roman Baibakov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hanley Morrison showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 52 minute of play. If Casimiro Villanueva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Roman Baibakov managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Club Atlético Univ. UASD's Casimiro Villanueva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 77 minutes Royal Caribbean's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Casimiro Villanueva who took care of the corner kick. Mohsen Jaziri kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Casimiro Villanueva might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Baibakov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casimiro Villanueva ran back to his position shaking his head. Royal Caribbean's Roman Baibakov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Royal Caribbean from getting a goal against them. Bartolomé Matheus charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartolomé Matheus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Club Atlético Univ. UASD got a freekick which was hit by Bartolomé Matheus. After having played for 91 minutes, Bartolomé Matheus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Univ.
