After a rather tough play, Glen Lyon FC's Mohamed Zidane got a free kick in the 16th minute. With his leg Nasser Amri managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when South Middletown AFC's Abderrachid Said fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rabah Nekkar in the 24th minute of play forced South Middletown AFC's goalkeeper Knodi Djeballi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glen Lyon FC's Nasser Amri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Glen Lyon FC from getting a goal against them. After 35 played minutes South Middletown AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mohammad Kaci Hima.
