Jussef Ben Saadane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamel Feraoun in the 5th minute of play. Tedj Bella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Djamel Bella in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Lakeview's Cheb Hasni got a free kick in the 8th minute. After 14 played minutes Lakeview got a freekick which was hit by Noureddine Dahleb. In the 16th minute Mohamed Boulebda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tedj Bella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jussef Ben Saadane didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lakeview's Rachid Taha shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Kamel Feraoun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jussef Ben Saadane having to make a save. In the 23rd minute Kamel Feraoun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jussef Ben Saadane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Farès Bensaoula kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Rachid Taha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jussef Ben Saadane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Farès Bensaoula recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Marblehead's Djamel Bella nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tedj Bella made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 38th minute, Rachid Taha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lakeview fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 43rd minute Mohamed Boulebda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tedj Bella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Marblehead's Hocine Bedjaoui got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rachid Taha was the one to do the kick off. After 55 played minutes Marblehead got a freekick which was hit by Hamid Zouba. Mohamed Boulebda scored 2-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tedj Bella, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marblehead's Djamel Bella got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Boulebda in the 73rd minute of play forced Lakeview's goalkeeper Tedj Bella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Marblehead's Jussef Ben Saadane got control of the ball when Kamel Feraoun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lakeview's zone, Djamel Bella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tedj Bella came out of the goal and Djamel Bella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute Mohamed Boulebda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tedj Bella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faouzi Prévost hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Hicham Medaci missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 86 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Jussef Ben Saadane right hand side. When Kamel Feraoun came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Lakeview fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kamel Feraoun couldn't finish the play. Farès Bensaoula hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Mohamed Boulebda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
