Cohoes's Mohamed Baroudi got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tedj Sadmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Baroudi, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Tedj Sadmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Baroudi in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Cohoes booed when Slocomb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Hammad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Slocomb's Tedj Sadmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahmoud Boukensa in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Slocomb's goal looked a bit too open when Mahmoud Boukensa came free, but Tedj Sadmi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tedj Sadmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahmoud Boukensa in the 19th minute of the match. Lazhar Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lazhar Djamel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Benarbia having to interfere. Cohoes's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Lazhar Djamel 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Mehdi Benarbia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lazhar Djamel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brahim N'Soumer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mohamed Baroudi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Slocomb's zone, Mahmoud Boukensa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tedj Sadmi came out of the goal and Mahmoud Boukensa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Cohoes booed when Slocomb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slocomb's Brahim N'Soumer got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 54 minutes Cohoes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mohammed Mihoubi who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Slocomb's corner Brahim N'Soumer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mehdi Benarbia quite easily take care of the ball. In the 56th minute Brahim N'Soumer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi Benarbia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tedj Sadmi made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Mahmoud Boukensa sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Slocomb getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Mourad Bezzaz hit a great ball. Madjid Nabil's shot from long distance in the 72nd minute was not bad at all, but Slocomb's Tedj Sadmi knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Cohoes's Mehdi Benarbia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brahim N'Soumer in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Slocomb's Mohammed Mihoubi got a free kick in the 78th minute. Slocomb's Tedj Sadmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Baroudi in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Cohoes's goal looked a bit too open when Lazhar Djamel came free, but Mehdi Benarbia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mahmoud Boukensa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tedj Sadmi having to interfere. Mehdi Benarbia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brahim N'Soumer's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Yazid Reda Madouni hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Cohoes's goal looked a bit too open when Brahim N'Soumer came free, but Mehdi Benarbia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 98 minutes, Mahmoud Boukensa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cohoes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mahmoud Boukensa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cohoes players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Slocomb.
