Billel Teissier started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the The Dex Football defense, Faouzi Mérah-Benida kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdelmalek Yahia. The The Dex Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdelmalek Yahia should have stopped the shot. Blaine's Hemza Sadmi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Blaine from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the match, Billel Teissier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdelmalek Yahia. The Dex Football's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Billel Teissier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Billel Teissier notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of The Dex Football's Abdelmalek Yahia. Abdelmalek Yahia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Chadli Mhenni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30thth minute of the game Yacine Mekhloufi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blaine's Hemza Sadmi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Billel Teissier came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Blaine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billel Teissier couldn't finish the play. Yacine Mekhloufi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hemza Sadmi having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yacine Mekhloufi to strike the kick off in the second half. If Billel Teissier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chadli Mhenni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes into the match, The Dex Football's goalkeeper Abdelmalek Yahia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chadli Mhenni. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Billel Teissier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blaine's supporters rose to their feet, but Billel Teissier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelmalek Yahia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mimoun Derrida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Hemza Sadmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yacine Mekhloufi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hemza Sadmi having to interfere. Abdelmalek Yahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billel Teissier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chadli Mhenni got free with Abdelmalek Yahia in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Billel Teissier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Dex Football's goalkeeper Abdelmalek Yahia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abdelmalek Yahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billel Teissier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hemza Sadmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belaid Beloufa in the 94th minute of the match. Blaine's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
