Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Abd al-Asis Merzekane made the kick off which started today's match. 8 minutes into the game, East Dubuque FC's Salim Tahar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Sadi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 10th match minute, Hanover FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salim Brahmi to maneuver through the defense. Abd al-Asis Merzekane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fadel Mouzaoui having to interfere. Fadel Mouzaoui came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Hanover FC's Salim Souakri. But to his dismay, Salim Souakri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Fadel Mouzaoui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abd al-Asis Merzekane in the 24th minute of the match. Salim Tahar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salim Tahar to strike the kick off in the second half. Khalida Madani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Fadel Mouzaoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to East Dubuque FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tedj Harkouk hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salim Souakri in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fadel Mouzaoui prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Salim Tahar came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the East Dubuque FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salim Tahar couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Hanover FC's zone, Farid Hadjar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Sadi came out of the goal and Farid Hadjar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score was 1-3 after a penalty in the 64th minute, where East Dubuque FC:s Abdelhamid Saïfi tricked Hanover FC:s Ali Sadi with a difficult ball by the left post. Salim Tahar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ali Sadi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Ali Sadi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Farid Hadjar in the 70th minute. Fadel Mouzaoui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalida Madani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Larbes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fadel Mouzaoui having to make a save. After 92 minutes of play, Hanover FC's Abd al-Asis Merzekane made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fadel Mouzaoui was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Hanover FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching East Dubuque FC's performance. The match ended with a win for East Dubuque FC.
