Fawzi Zidān scored 1-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mustapha Firoud, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Glen Burnie's goalkeeper Karim Moussaoui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohamed Cohen. Abdelnacer Benmabrouk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustapha Firoud having to interfere. Edmond Feraoun hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Mahieddine Zidane kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Fawzi Zidān got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohamed Cohen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Moussaoui having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karim Moussaoui saved Glen Burnie from getting behind. In the 30th minute, Mohamed Cohen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karim Moussaoui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as TANZANIA FC's Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karim Moussaoui. That made the score 2-1 after 38 minutes of play. Karim Moussaoui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa in the 43rd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa made the kick off in the second half. Edmond Feraoun charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmond Feraoun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to TANZANIA FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Edmond Feraoun hit a great ball. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glen Burnie's goalkeeper Karim Moussaoui, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 58 played minutes TANZANIA FC got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Cohen. Karim Moussaoui came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by TANZANIA FC's Edmond Feraoun. But to his dismay, Edmond Feraoun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 65th match minute, TANZANIA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abderraouf Meniri to maneuver through the defense. Mustapha Firoud was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abdelnacer Benmabrouk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 66 minute of play. In the 68th minute, Mahieddine Zidane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karim Moussaoui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa in the 78th minute of play. Smail Khaled charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Smail Khaled the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Glen Burnie booed when TANZANIA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Smail Khaled didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, TANZANIA FC's Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karim Moussaoui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa in the 85th minute of play forced Glen Burnie's goalkeeper Karim Moussaoui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Mohamed Cohen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TANZANIA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Karim Moussaoui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa in the 92nd minute of the match. A collision led to Glen Burnie getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ahmed Aggoune hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes, TANZANIA FC's Smail Khaled shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Karim Moussaoui came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TANZANIA FC reached it. TANZANIA FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
