The score was now 1-3. Mohamed Cohen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abdellah Medjadi Cherfa struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Chadli Bouteflika didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TANZANIA FC. The TANZANIA FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Abbotsford to win.
