The attack was good, but when Abdelmalek Merbah in the 12th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 19th minute, Mohammed Mezdad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 21 minutes, Abdelmalek Merbah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shaw AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelmalek Merbah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tayeb Bensaoula hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Abdel Hamid Abrika showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelmalek Merbah, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 26 played minutes Cheb Taha rounded Shaw AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Chakib Bilal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cheb Taha in the 33rd minute of the match. Lakhdar Boniche kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Shaw AFC's Chakib Bilal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Shaw AFC from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Abdel Hamid Abrika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelmalek Merbah in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Cheb Taha managed to get in a good position for a shot. East Millcreek's supporters rose to their feet, but Cheb Taha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chakib Bilal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hamid Mansouri kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With a little luck, East Millcreek's Abdel Hamid Abrika got control of the ball when Amrani Yahia tried to sneak it across the goal line. East Millcreek's Rafik Zoheir Bouguerra got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salah Badis hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The long shot by Hamid Mansouri in the 78th minute really tested Abdel Hamid Abrika's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cheb Taha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Shaw AFC booed when East Millcreek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tedj Liegeon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdel Hamid Abrika was a little too slow when Abdelmalek Merbah got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 2-1. When Amrani Yahia fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shaw AFC's protests and gave Amrani Yahia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Amrani Yahia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohamed Halimi charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohamed Halimi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Shaw AFC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Mohamed Halimi hit a great ball. Rafik Zoheir Bouguerra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chakib Bilal having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Shaw AFC's Mohamed Halimi got a free kick in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Shaw AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for East Millcreek.
