Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cheb Djaout started the match with the kick off. Medjadi Daham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Grayslake's Tedj Benarbia got a free kick in the 7th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Oroville East FC's Redha Boutabout tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tedj Benarbia charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tedj Benarbia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, Grayslake was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tedj Benarbia to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frantz Faudel in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rabah Messaoud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute, Cheb Djaout ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rabah Messaoud was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Medjadi Daham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rabah Messaoud having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Cheb Djaout reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rabah Messaoud. The goal made the score 2-0. Hicham Sennaoui scored 2-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tayeb Kharroubi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hicham Sennaoui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tayeb Kharroubi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benamar Sifi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a little luck, Grayslake's Rabah Messaoud got control of the ball when Medjadi Daham tried to sneak it across the goal line. Medjadi Daham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Medjadi Daham got free with Rabah Messaoud in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benamar Sifi was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Grayslake's Benamar Sifi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tayeb Kharroubi. Tayeb Kharroubi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Grayslake's zone, Cheb Djaout stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rabah Messaoud came out of the goal and Cheb Djaout tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cheb Djaout in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rabah Messaoud saved Grayslake from getting behind. Rabah Messaoud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Medjadi Daham in the 72nd minute of play. Hicham Sennaoui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Tayeb Kharroubi made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benamar Sifi in the 76th minute of play forced Oroville East FC's goalkeeper Tayeb Kharroubi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rabah Messaoud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheb Djaout, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Frantz Faudel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oroville East FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grayslake the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Oroville East FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frantz Faudel to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute of the match Ismael Drioueche shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tayeb Kharroubi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oroville East FC's Tayeb Kharroubi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Oroville East FC from getting a goal against them. Oroville East FC's Cheb Djaout got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Oroville East FC had played much better football throughout.
