With an all-out effort, North Bethesda's Hocine Bouazza threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alain Achiu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Boudjemaa Brahami's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hocine Bouazza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in fc race bandey fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Sofiane Benhabiles charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sofiane Benhabiles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rabah Daham in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hocine Bouazza saved fc race bandey from getting behind. Hocine Bouazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alain Achiu in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kasdi Kouidri made a kick off. Kasdi Kouidri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Yazid Hadjar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hocine Bouazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rabah Daham in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, fc race bandey's Nasser Bouguerra got a free kick in the 66th minute. Hocine Bouazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hocine Touhami, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Fathi Tahar kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute of the match Abd al-Asis Gaouaoui sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hocine Bouazza skillfully saved the ball. fc race bandey's Hocine Bouazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rabah Daham in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Abdelhamid Bensaoula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North Bethesda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 84 minutes into the match, fc race bandey's goal looked a bit too open when Rabah Daham came free, but Hocine Bouazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Achiu in the 97th minute of play forced fc race bandey's goalkeeper Hocine Bouazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
