Mamaar Reda Madouni was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 11th minute. Gurdon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Mamaar Reda Madouni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ali Zemmamouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamid Mohand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ali Zemmamouche stood somewhat misplaced when Mamaar Reda Madouni came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 34 minute. 40 minutes into the game, Abdelaziz Cohen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glennville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gurdon the free kick. Abdelaziz Cohen kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Mamaar Reda Madouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karim Boutella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelhamid Bella in the 44th minute of play. Karim Boutella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelaziz Cohen in the 45th minute of the match. If Mamaar Reda Madouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 53rd minute Abdelhamid Bella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karim Boutella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamid Mohand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Zemmamouche having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Glennville's goal looked a bit too open when Hamid Mohand came free, but Ali Zemmamouche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamid Mohand in the 64th minute of play forced Glennville's goalkeeper Ali Zemmamouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tayeb Deghmani during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Glennville booed when Gurdon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayeb Deghmani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdelhamid Bella struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Karim Boutella didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glennville. In the 92nd minute Mamaar Reda Madouni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Zemmamouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mamaar Reda Madouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Glennville defense, Mamaar Reda Madouni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Zemmamouche. The Glennville fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Zemmamouche should have stopped the shot. Gurdon walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
