Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abdelkader Nasro got the match started through his kick off. Mehdi Bouzid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krim Hamdoud in the 7th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Rachid Firoud in the 8th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdelkader Nasro in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liamine Ben Bella saved Birch Bay AFC from getting behind. Abdelkader Nasro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Liamine Ben Bella skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Birch Bay AFC's Noureddine Ammour got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee gave Dunbar FC a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tayeb Boufroura, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Birch Bay AFC's Liamine Ben Bella. 1-0. Said Zidane hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Zoheir Doutté kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Birch Bay AFC's Noureddine Ammour made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehdi Bouzid was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Abdelkader Nasro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Liamine Ben Bella. The goal made the score 2-1. Krim Hamdoud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Mehdi Bouzid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Noureddine Ammour to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Rachid Firoud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Liamine Ben Bella. Birch Bay AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rachid Firoud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Djamal Bentifour hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Abdelkader Nasro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liamine Ben Bella having to interfere. Dunbar FC's Rachid Firoud got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hemza Abdi during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th match minute, Birch Bay AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hemza Abdi to maneuver through the defense. Abdelkader Nasro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 70 minutes, Rachid Firoud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dunbar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rachid Firoud was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute Rachid Firoud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liamine Ben Bella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rachid Firoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abdelkader Nasro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Dunbar FC's Zoheir Doutté got a free kick in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Birch Bay AFC's Said Zidane broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noureddine Ammour in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehdi Bouzid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Dunbar FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Zoheir Doutté hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Noureddine Ammour got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mehdi Bouzid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noureddine Ammour in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Rachid Firoud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liamine Ben Bella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dunbar FC's Zoheir Doutté got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Smail Iles hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Birch Bay AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
