Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abdelaziz Benyamina took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute Tayeb Benhamou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohamed Ouyahia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Rachid Zidane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohamed Ouyahia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tayeb Benhamou in the 9th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Tayeb Benhamou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Mohamed Ouyahia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tayeb Benhamou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Ceres's goal looked a bit too open when Tayeb Benhamou came free, but Mohamed Ouyahia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tayeb Benhamou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Djabir Malek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohamed Ouyahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayeb Benhamou in the 27th minute of play. Ferhat Ibrir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fodil Bouzid in the 28th minute of the match. Mohamed Ouyahia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rachid Zidane in the 32nd minute. When Tayeb Benhamou came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the La Habra Heights fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tayeb Benhamou couldn't finish the play. Rachid Zidane's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Mohamed Ouyahia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 48th minute, Tayeb Benhamou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The audience was convinced that Abdelaziz Benyamina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferhat Ibrir was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rachid Zidane in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mohamed Ouyahia saved Ceres from getting behind. In the 58th match minute, Ceres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Piaf to maneuver through the defense. If Rachid Zidane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Habra Heights's Rachid Zidane got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Tayeb Benhamou managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Habra Heights's supporters rose to their feet, but Tayeb Benhamou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mohamed Ouyahia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Ceres's Benamar Daham got a free kick in the 70th minute. Mohamed Ouyahia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tayeb Benhamou in the 76th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in La Habra Heights's zone, Fodil Bouzid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferhat Ibrir came out of the goal and Fodil Bouzid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Knodi Harkouk hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Abdelaziz Benyamina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodil Bouzid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ferhat Ibrir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes in the game, Abdelaziz Benyamina fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ferhat Ibrir having to interfere. If Tayeb Benhamou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Habra Heights's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
