Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Yazid Boutella made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Souad Medjani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slimane Ammour hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Alain Arrache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Ben Khalidi, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Nazareth FC's zone, Noureddine Souakri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohamed Ben Megharia came out of the goal and Noureddine Souakri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mohamed Ben Megharia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noureddine Souakri, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Nazareth FC's Mohamed Ben Megharia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noureddine Souakri in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match Saugerties FC got a corner. Nazareth FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hakim Fadhil Mohamed ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Hakim Fadhil Mohamed got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mohamed Ben Megharia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Yazid Boutella came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Saugerties FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yazid Boutella couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Saugerties FC defense, Fodil Schoonmaker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alain Arrache. The Saugerties FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alain Arrache should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Nazareth FC booed when Saugerties FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakim Oussar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alain Arrache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Ben Khalidi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Saugerties FC's Yazid Boutella in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nazareth FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Mohamed Ben Khalidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mohamed Ben Khalidi made the kick off in the second half. After 53rd play minutes Yazid Boutella shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Mohamed Ben Megharia and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 59 minutes, Fodil Schoonmaker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nazareth FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fodil Schoonmaker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alain Arrache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fodil Schoonmaker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mohamed Ben Khalidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 played minutes Saugerties FC got a freekick which was hit by Hakim Fadhil Mohamed. After 71 played minutes, Nazareth FC's Ahmed Said shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alain Arrache came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nazareth FC reached it. 73 minutes into the game, Boughera Belkhadem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nazareth FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saugerties FC the free kick. Boughera Belkhadem hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 74 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Saugerties FC's Noureddine Souakri fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. With a little luck, Nazareth FC's Mohamed Ben Megharia got control of the ball when Noureddine Souakri tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82nd minute, one of Nazareth FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nazareth FC. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes, Saugerties FC's Hakim Fadhil Mohamed got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mohamed Ben Megharia. Noureddine Souakri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mohamed Ben Megharia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Fodil Schoonmaker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alain Arrache was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 97th minute, Ahmed Said sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Saugerties FC's Alain Arrache didn't even have to move. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
