With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nadir Zitouni in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodil Bridji saved De Witt FC from getting behind. The supporters of North Belle Vernon booed when De Witt FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Morceli didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Said Amara in the 25th minute of play forced North Belle Vernon's goalkeeper Nassim Nabil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nadir Zitouni in the 33rd minute of play forced De Witt FC's goalkeeper Fodil Bridji to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nassim Nabil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Said Amara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karim Madani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes in the game, Nouredine Soltani fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nassim Nabil having to interfere. Karim Madani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Said Amara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Nadir Zitouni in the 53rd minute of play forced De Witt FC's goalkeeper Fodil Bridji to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean Mamouni's late challenge caught a North Belle Vernon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean Mamouni helped the player get up and apologised. Nassim Nabil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nouredine Soltani in the 60th minute of the match. Nouredine Soltani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Nassim Nabil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Karim Madani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Morceli during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. It was beautiful to see North Belle Vernon's Fawzi Belfaa in action when he in the 82nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After a defensive mix-up in De Witt FC's zone, Nadir Zitouni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodil Bridji came out of the goal and Nadir Zitouni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Karim Madani managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Belle Vernon's supporters rose to their feet, but Karim Madani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodil Bridji breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Karim Madani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodil Bridji was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Fodil Bridji made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Madani in the 94th minute of play. Nouredine Soltani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nassim Nabil having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. De Witt FC had won after a very even match.
