After a defensive mix-up in Carney AFC's zone, Meziane Bencheikh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Medjadi Azzizi-Kettab came out of the goal and Meziane Bencheikh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Medjadi Azzizi-Kettab was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mohamed Mecherara. Chaba Larbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Assia Dziri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Toufik Brahimi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carney AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Paso AFC the free kick. In the 44th minute, Toufik Brahimi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Meziane Bencheikh was the one to do the kick off. The El Paso AFC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when El Paso AFC's Meziane Bencheikh looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Meziane Bencheikh scored 6-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Medjadi Azzizi-Kettab, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chaba Larbes came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Assia Dziri could save by the left post. Hameur Khelaifia kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. El Paso AFC's Assia Dziri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save El Paso AFC from getting a goal against them. Chaba Larbes struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Assia Dziri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carney AFC. In the 80th minute, Meziane Bencheikh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Lounès Mamouni notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Carney AFC's Medjadi Azzizi-Kettab. Medjadi Azzizi-Kettab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Meziane Bencheikh in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Medjadi Azzizi-Kettab saved Carney AFC from getting behind. Hameur Khelaifia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Medjadi Azzizi-Kettab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Meziane Bencheikh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Meziane Bencheikh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Medjadi Azzizi-Kettab was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 94th minute, Lounès Mamouni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. El Paso AFC fully deserved thier win.
