Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nabil Banouas took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hibbing FC's zone, Alain Lacarne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lakhdar Feraoun came out of the goal and Alain Lacarne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Belaid Drioueche came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Hibbing FC's Hemza Madouni. But to his dismay, Hemza Madouni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Belaid Drioueche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nabil Banouas in the 9th minute of the match. Nabil Banouas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Belaid Drioueche having to interfere. Lakhdar Feraoun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Doutté, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Hibbing FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alain Lacarne came free, but Lakhdar Feraoun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Alain Lacarne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grifton AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alain Lacarne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Belaid Drioueche was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Nabil Banouas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nabil Banouas really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Nabil Banouas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Belaid Drioueche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grifton AFC's Belaid Drioueche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nabil Banouas in the 36th minute of play. Belaid Drioueche didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hemza Madouni went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alain Lacarne to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Grifton AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abderaouf Bensaoula. Abdel Karim Fellahi kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Alain Doutté sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maïssa Kensi during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maïssa Kensi hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Alain Doutté's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Lakhdar Feraoun skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Nabil Banouas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdel Karim Fellahi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Belaid Drioueche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nabil Banouas in the 75th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Grifton AFC's Alain Doutté stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Lakhdar Feraoun stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Hibbing FC of the goal. Grifton AFC's Alain Lacarne got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
