Lounès Achiou scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kader Bouchemla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kader Bouchemla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lounès Achiou, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 16th minute, Hakim Zitouni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Auckland CF's Farid Souakri got control of the ball when Kader Djamel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 1-2 became the score in the 20th minute when Abderrachid Sad elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Kader Bouchemla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakim Zitouni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Lounès Achiou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kader Bouchemla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Abdelhamid Bouteflika fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baldwin Harbor's protests and gave Abdelhamid Bouteflika a yellow card for diving instead. Kader Bouchemla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lounès Achiou in the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Abderrachid Sad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Souakri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Baldwin Harbor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelhamid Bouteflika to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Auckland CF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Auckland CF's Lounès Achiou in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Baldwin Harbor's goalie prevented a goal. Hakim Zitouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56thth minute of the game Lounès Achiou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baldwin Harbor's Kader Bouchemla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th match minute, Baldwin Harbor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adlène Kerkar to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute Hakim Zitouni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kader Bouchemla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hakim Zitouni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Kader Bouchemla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Daho Yahi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Abderrachid Sad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Souakri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Auckland CF's Hakim Zitouni got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Auckland CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hocine Sellal to maneuver through the defense. When Noureddine Guendouz came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Auckland CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noureddine Guendouz couldn't finish the play. Lounès Achiou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Kader Bouchemla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Auckland CF's goal looked a bit too open when Abderrachid Sad came free, but Farid Souakri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Auckland CF's Farid Souakri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abderrachid Sad in the 94th minute of play. Abderrachid Sad might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Farid Souakri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abderrachid Sad ran back to his position shaking his head.
