Bendjedid Larbi struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Tedj Mekhloufi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.T.A.R. BOYS. Rachid Belloumi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fateh Malek having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in S.T.A.R. BOYS's zone, Rachid Belloumi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fateh Malek came out of the goal and Rachid Belloumi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tedj Mekhloufi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bendjedid Larbi in the 10th minute of play. Karim Ulansi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fateh Malek having to interfere. Mourad Sadi kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Miami Lakes's Karim Ulansi got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute of the match, Karim Ulansi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fateh Malek saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 21stth minute of the game Karim Ulansi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.T.A.R. BOYS's Fateh Malek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Karim Ulansi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Karim Ulansi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, S.T.A.R. BOYS's Fateh Malek got control of the ball when Rachid Belloumi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karim Ulansi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute Karim Ulansi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fateh Malek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fateh Malek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Belloumi in the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Rachid Belloumi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miami Lakes's supporters rose to their feet, but Rachid Belloumi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fateh Malek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

In the 55th minute, Bendjedid Larbi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rachid Belloumi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Fateh Malek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, S.T.A.R. BOYS's Mourad Sadi got a free kick in the 65th minute. A collision led to S.T.A.R. BOYS getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mehdi Ben Bella hit a great ball. S.T.A.R. BOYS's Fateh Malek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Ulansi in the 71st minute of play. If Rachid Belloumi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rachid Belloumi took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fateh Malek. Fateh Malek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 83rd minute, Karim Ulansi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
