In the 4th match minute, Lakemore AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelaziz Nasro to maneuver through the defense. Rachid Baba Ali Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Baba Ali Doutté having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Rachid Baba Ali Abdi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rachid Baba Ali Doutté. The goal made the score 1-0. Daho Mimoun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Michel Merah-Benida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rachid Baba Ali Abdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 played minutes Wailuku AFC got a freekick which was hit by Noureddine Kouici. After a rather tough play, Lakemore AFC's Abdelaziz Nasro got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 47 minutes Lakemore AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Salim Otman who took care of the corner kick. Rachid Baba Ali Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Baba Ali Doutté having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rachid Touhami was the one to do the kick off. Rachid Touhami charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rachid Touhami the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes Lakemore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rachid Touhami. After a defensive mix-up in Lakemore AFC's zone, Rachid Baba Ali Abdi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rachid Baba Ali Doutté came out of the goal and Rachid Baba Ali Abdi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Rachid Baba Ali Abdi put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rachid Baba Ali Doutté. Jean-Michel Merah-Benida could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Daho Mimoun made a huge save. Rachid Kermali charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rachid Kermali the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th minute, Rachid Kermali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lakemore AFC's Rachid Touhami in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wailuku AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Daho Mimoun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Touhami in the 93rd minute of play. Rachid Baba Ali Abdi struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Rachid Baba Ali Doutté didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wailuku AFC.
