Mohamed N'Soumer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halim Boulmerka in the 23rd minute of the match. When Halim Boulmerka came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Edison AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Halim Boulmerka couldn't finish the play. Salim Bensaoula recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mohamed N'Soumer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdelhamid Kharroubi went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Halim Boulmerka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Halim Boulmerka made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes in the game, Abdelhamid Kharroubi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mohamed N'Soumer having to interfere. Abdelhamid Kharroubi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 60th playminute. Centralia AFC's Mohamed N'Soumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halim Boulmerka in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Centralia AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abdelhamid Kharroubi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mohamed N'Soumer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdelhamid Kharroubi went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Abdelhamid Kharroubi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed N'Soumer having to interfere. After having played for 91 minutes, Abdelhamid Kharroubi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Halim Boulmerka in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mohamed N'Soumer saved Centralia AFC from getting behind. Fadhil Amirouche struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Boubekeur Ahmed didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Centralia AFC.
