Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tarboro's Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi in the 3rd minute of play forced Troy FC's goalkeeper Ahmed Fahima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Ahmed Fahima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarboro. In the 8th minute, Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi made a precise shot to the right of Ahmed Fahima. Troy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 12 minutes, Ben Achiou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tarboro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ben Achiou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Fouad Djebar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes in the game, Dida Deghmani fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Maïssa Zemmamouche having to interfere. In the 23rd minute of the match, Dida Deghmani tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maïssa Zemmamouche saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Yasmina Hadjadj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maïssa Zemmamouche having to interfere. Dida Deghmani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maïssa Zemmamouche having to interfere. In the 30th minute of the match Rafik Zoheir Bouziane shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maïssa Zemmamouche showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dida Deghmani in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maïssa Zemmamouche saved Tarboro from getting behind. 32 minutes into the game, Frantz Asma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Troy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tarboro the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Ben Achiou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ben Achiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Fahima having to interfere. Ahmed Fahima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44thth minute of the game Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Troy FC's Ahmed Fahima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dida Deghmani in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maïssa Zemmamouche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 54 played minutes Troy FC got a freekick which was hit by Karim Temmam. Ben Achiou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Fahima having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Tarboro's Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmed Fahima. That made the score 0-2 after 62 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Troy FC's zone, Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmed Fahima came out of the goal and Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Troy FC's Karim Temmam got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Karim Temmam off the ground. After 69 played minutes Troy FC got a freekick which was hit by Karim Temmam. After some careless play in the Tarboro defense, Yasmina Hadjadj kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maïssa Zemmamouche. The Tarboro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maïssa Zemmamouche should have stopped the shot. Ben Achiou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ahmed Fahima made a huge save. Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ahmed Fahima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Ben Achiou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarboro's supporters rose to their feet, but Ben Achiou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmed Fahima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmed Fahima. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mohammed Ahmed Kharroubi ran back to his position shaking his head. The Troy FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tarboro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
