After a rather tough play, Stars United F.C.'s Antoine Mami got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stars United F.C.'s goalkeeper Khalida Kourichi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Khalida Kourichi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Adjani in the 12th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Stars United F.C.'s goalkeeper Khalida Kourichi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mahmoud Djamel. A collision led to Stars United F.C. getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Antoine Mami hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute of the match, Mohamed Adjani tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Khalida Kourichi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Khalida Kourichi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Adjani in the 26th minute of the match. If Mahmoud Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 29 minutes, Mohamed Adjani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jonesville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Adjani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Khalida Kourichi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Adjani, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Khalida Kourichi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mohamed Adjani showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. Abdelaziz Djebar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khalida Kourichi having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Mohamed Adjani fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Khalida Kourichi, passed just outside the right post. Mahmoud Djamel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mohamed Adjani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antoine Mami made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahmoud Djamel in the 52nd minute of play forced Stars United F.C.'s goalkeeper Khalida Kourichi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mahmoud Djamel scored 3-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Khalida Kourichi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mohamed Adjani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Khalida Kourichi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Khalida Kourichi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mohamed Adjani's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Jonesville's Mohamed Adjani got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the game, Brahim Zemmamouche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stars United F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jonesville the free kick. Brahim Zemmamouche hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Mahmoud Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute Mohamed Adjani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalida Kourichi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Mahmoud Djamel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jonesville's supporters rose to their feet, but Mahmoud Djamel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khalida Kourichi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Brahim Zemmamouche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jonesville fully deserved thier win.
