Youssef Said sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Slimane Boukensa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute Boudjemaa Hamid Brahima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mourad Hima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes Norwood AFC got a freekick which was hit by Chadli Merzekane. Hamid Menguellet was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Youssef Said showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. In the 24th minute Boudjemaa Hamid Brahima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mourad Hima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mourad Hima didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boudjemaa Hamid Brahima went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 1-2 became the score in the 35th minute when Slimane Boukensa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Youssef Said recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Norwood AFC's Hamid Menguellet got control of the ball when Youssef Said tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sofiane Mesbah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Youssef Said struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Hamid Menguellet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galion AFC. Norwood AFC's Hamid Menguellet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Youssef Said in the 56th minute of play. Youssef Said received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Hamid Menguellet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sofiane Mesbah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Menguellet having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Mohamed Nekkar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slimane Boukensa in the 72nd minute of play forced Galion AFC's goalkeeper Mourad Hima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Chadli Merzekane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galion AFC's Mohamed Nekkar got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Youssef Said had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Norwood AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sofiane Mesbah came free, but Hamid Menguellet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Youssef Said shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamid Menguellet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sofiane Mesbah might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hamid Menguellet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sofiane Mesbah ran back to his position shaking his head. Slimane Boukensa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mourad Hima having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Galion AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
