Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 0) Maywood AFC's Nadir Amri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when North Falmouth's Sid Ahmed Djebar in the 3rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Amar Sakhri was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Maywood AFC through an amazing save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sid Ahmed Djebar in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amar Sakhri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Nadir Amri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdelaziz Benflis was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After 20 played minutes Maywood AFC got a freekick which was hit by Kamel Teissier. Amar Sakhri made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Hamid Boulmerka sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Maywood AFC's Amar Sakhri got control of the ball when Hamid Boulmerka tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as North Falmouth's Hamid Boulmerka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amar Sakhri. That made the score 1-0 after 32 minutes of play. Maywood AFC's Nadir Amri got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 36 played minutes North Falmouth got a freekick which was hit by Cheb Louahla. Nadir Amri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nadir Amri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelaziz Benflis having to interfere. Hamid Boulmerka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amar Sakhri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sid Ahmed Djebar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sid Ahmed Djebar made a kick off. North Falmouth's Hamid Boulmerka got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 played minutes North Falmouth got a freekick which was hit by Yazid Saïdi-Sief. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Ahmed Banouas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maywood AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmed Banouas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelaziz Benflis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, North Falmouth's Fateh Kafi got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Nadir Amri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmed Banouas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Maywood AFC's zone, Hamid Boulmerka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amar Sakhri came out of the goal and Hamid Boulmerka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hamid Boulmerka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amar Sakhri having to interfere. Menad Bouziane hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Amar Sakhri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamid Boulmerka, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Maywood AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for North Falmouth.
