Fadel Khaldi came out of the goal and Abderrachid Khadra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cheb Deghmani kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Rabah Amsallem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Hamdani having to interfere. Weirton AFC's Abdelhamid Khabatou got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 27 minutes, Mohammad Reda Madouni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hamburg AFC and the Weirton AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mohammad Reda Madouni kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Karim Hamdani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabah Amsallem in the 32nd minute of the match. After 36 played minutes Weirton AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tayeb Mami. A collision led to Weirton AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Chadli Bouzid hit a great ball. Karim Hamdani acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mohammad Reda Madouni. Kassel Horr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fadel Khaldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelhamid Khabatou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karim Hamdani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rabah Amsallem, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 52 minutes of play, Hamburg AFC's Kassel Horr made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karim Hamdani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tedj Ouyahia charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tedj Ouyahia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Hamburg AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tedj Ouyahia. Weirton AFC's Cheb Deghmani got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karim Hamdani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rabah Amsallem, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Cheb Deghmani sped through Hamburg AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fadel Khaldi. After having played for 72 minutes, Cheb Deghmani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Weirton AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cheb Deghmani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hamburg AFC's Mohammad Reda Madouni got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Mohammad Reda Madouni off the ground. Zīn ud-Dīn Fahima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fadel Khaldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheb Deghmani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdelhamid Khabatou struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Fadel Khaldi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Weirton AFC. 91 minutes into the game, Kassel Horr cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Karim Hamdani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th match minute, Hamburg AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelmalek Nekkar to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, Cheb Deghmani notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Hamburg AFC's Fadel Khaldi. Fadel Khaldi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
