Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Salah Guendouz started the match with the kick off. Chaba Aggoune kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Mustapha Liegeon made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Meziane Boutabout sent off a good shot on target. Salah Guendouz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Mustapha Liegeon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chaba Aggoune fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Kouidri having to interfere. Noureddine Kouidri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maamar Bezzaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Abdelkader Merbah fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Springs AFC's protests and gave Abdelkader Merbah a yellow card for diving instead. Abdelkader Merbah kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. If Maamar Bezzaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Maamar Bezzaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noureddine Kouidri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noureddine Kouidri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chaba Aggoune in the 23rd minute of the match. With a little luck, King's Mustapha Liegeon got control of the ball when Meziane Boutabout tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Salah Guendouz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mustapha Liegeon. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, King's goalkeeper Mustapha Liegeon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Meziane Boutabout. Salah Guendouz struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Mustapha Liegeon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Springs AFC. Maamar Bezzaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Noureddine Kouidri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Red Springs AFC's Boughera Oussar got a free kick in the 41st minute. After recieving a nice pass, King's Mohamed Djebbour tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Chaba Aggoune struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Noureddine Kouidri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for King. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maamar Bezzaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. King's Chaba Aggoune got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chaba Aggoune fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Kouidri having to interfere. Meziane Boutabout recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Meziane Boutabout managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Springs AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Meziane Boutabout was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustapha Liegeon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abdelkader Merbah scored 2-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mustapha Liegeon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mustapha Liegeon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salah Guendouz went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute, Abdelkader Merbah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Chaba Aggoune had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 minutes, Salah Guendouz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Red Springs AFC and the King players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Red Springs AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Salah Guendouz hit a great ball. Boughera Oussar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute, Maamar Bezzaz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Noureddine Kouidri, passed just outside the right post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Red Springs AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while King had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
