Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Fouad Larfaoui in the 5th minute of play forced Red Springs AFC's goalkeeper Noureddine Kouidri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noureddine Kouidri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chih Cherrad in the 8th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Moorhead AFC's zone, Meziane Boutabout stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noureddine Fadela came out of the goal and Meziane Boutabout tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salah Guendouz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Noureddine Fadela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Salah Guendouz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Noureddine Fadela. That made the score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. In the 28th minute, Madhi Benmabrouk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute of the match Abderrahmane Boutella shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noureddine Fadela showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Red Springs AFC's Noureddine Fadela threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Salah Guendouz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Meziane Boutabout fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Fadela having to interfere. Red Springs AFC's Salah Guendouz got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salah Guendouz to strike the kick off in the second half. When Cheb Benhamou fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moorhead AFC's protests and gave Cheb Benhamou a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd match minute, Moorhead AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cheb Benhamou to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Fouad Larfaoui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moorhead AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fouad Larfaoui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noureddine Kouidri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Meziane Boutabout in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noureddine Fadela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nasreddine Seghiri kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Meziane Boutabout, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 60 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Noureddine Fadela was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 63rd minute of the match Nadir Saïdi-Sief sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noureddine Fadela skillfully saved the ball.
