Tayeb Madjer hit a great ball. Abdelhani Sofiane charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdelhani Sofiane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abdelhani Sofiane kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Mohamed Djeballi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clinton's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohamed Djeballi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mokdad Faudel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mokdad Faudel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Ben Khalidi in the 10th minute of play. Walid Ali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Madjid Harkat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Cinnaminson FC's goalkeeper Mokdad Faudel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohamed Djeballi. During the 21st minute of the match Abdelhani Sofiane completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Abdelhani Sofiane a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Abdelhani Sofiane kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Mohamed Djeballi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Madjid Harkat might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walid Ali. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Madjid Harkat ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th match minute, Clinton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Knodi Barbarossa to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Clinton's Mohamed Djeballi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mokdad Faudel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walid Ali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mokdad Radjef in the 40th minute of play. Mokdad Radjef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Walid Ali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mokdad Radjef fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walid Ali having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mohamed Djeballi to make the kick off. Madjid Harkat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walid Ali having to make a save. Mokdad Radjef's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Walid Ali skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The tension between the Cinnaminson FC and the Clinton players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mokdad Radjef in the 82nd minute of play forced Clinton's goalkeeper Walid Ali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
