Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdelaziz Saïd-Guerni, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lakhdar Cherrad in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samir Zouba saved Papillion AFC from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, ELPEREZGOMEZ's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Saïd-Guerni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hameur Chadl. In the 19th minute Djabir Mohamed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samir Zouba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Papillion AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lakhdar Cherrad came free, but Samir Zouba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Papillion AFC's Samir Zouba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mokdad Hamruche in the 22nd minute of play. Samir Zouba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakhdar Cherrad in the 24th minute of the match. Amine Morceli kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. ELPEREZGOMEZ's Belaid Daham got his second yellow card of the match in the 26th minute. The referee ordered Belaid Daham off the ground. The supporters of Papillion AFC booed when ELPEREZGOMEZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belaid Daham didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the ELPEREZGOMEZ defense, Mustapha Daham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdelaziz Saïd-Guerni. The audience was convinced that Mokdad Hamruche's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samir Zouba was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Hameur Chadl's late challenge caught a ELPEREZGOMEZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hameur Chadl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Hameur Chadl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mokdad Hamruche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mokdad Hamruche made a kick off. Mokdad Hamruche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Samir Zouba made a huge save. Amine Morceli hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Abdelaziz Saïd-Guerni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hameur Chadl in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Hameur Chadl made a precise shot to the right of Abdelaziz Saïd-Guerni. ELPEREZGOMEZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Smail Gourion scored 3-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abdelaziz Saïd-Guerni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th minute of the match Boudjemaa Bridji shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abdelaziz Saïd-Guerni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Papillion AFC's goalkeeper Samir Zouba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mokdad Hamruche. After 90 played minutes Papillion AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mustapha Daham. Salah Zaoui struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Samir Zouba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ELPEREZGOMEZ. Papillion AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
