Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Teays Valley's François Medjiba started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Cold Spring FC's goalkeeper Fouad Amara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jussef Ben Hindi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers François Medjiba in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fouad Amara saved Cold Spring FC from getting behind. Nordine Djeballi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabah Bougherra in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Teays Valley's Guillaume Laurent Mansouri got a free kick in the 20th minute. Teays Valley's Jussef Ben Hindi got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krim Mekhloufi might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nordine Djeballi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Krim Mekhloufi ran back to his position shaking his head. Nordine Djeballi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabah Bougherra in the 40th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fodil Kouidri during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st minute, Fodil Kouidri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rabah Bougherra took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nordine Djeballi. Nordine Djeballi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 48th minute, Rabah Bougherra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nordine Djeballi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rabah Bougherra was the one to do the kick off. Krim Mekhloufi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Nordine Djeballi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 61st minute, Nasser Benmabrouk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69thth minute of the game Jussef Ben Hindi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cold Spring FC's Fouad Amara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If François Medjiba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jussef Ben Hindi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fouad Amara having to make a save. Fouad Amara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from François Medjiba, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Nordine Djeballi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rabah Bougherra's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Rabah Bougherra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cold Spring FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rabah Bougherra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nordine Djeballi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Krim Mekhloufi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Nordine Djeballi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Krim Mekhloufi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nordine Djeballi having to interfere. Nordine Djeballi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krim Mekhloufi in the 99th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cold Spring FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
