Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Hamid Mehenni came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Kodiak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamid Mehenni couldn't finish the play. Khalida Bencherif made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelmalek Mamouni in the 8th minute of play. In the 16th minute Bouzid Bezzaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boubekeur Benarbia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Khwopa fc's Rafik Zoheir Dahar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boubekeur Benarbia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Boubekeur Benarbia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bouzid Bezzaz's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Bouzid Bezzaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boubekeur Benarbia having to interfere. After 28 played minutes, Kodiak's Mounir Cerbah shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Khalida Bencherif came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kodiak reached it. The supporters of Kodiak booed when Khwopa fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fouad Yacef didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Ahmed Belkheir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Bouzid Bezzaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abdelmalek Mamouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chih El-Kenz in the 41st minute of play forced Kodiak's goalkeeper Boubekeur Benarbia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kodiak's Ahmed Belkheir got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Ahmed Belkheir off the ground. In the 43rd minute, Ahmed Belkheir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Rafik Zoheir Dahar notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Kodiak's Boubekeur Benarbia. Boubekeur Benarbia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hamid Mehenni to make the kick off. Khwopa fc's Bouzid Bezzaz got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute Rafik Zoheir Dahar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boubekeur Benarbia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Khwopa fc's Khalida Bencherif got control of the ball when Hamid Mehenni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Boubekeur Benarbia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bouzid Bezzaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bouzid Bezzaz in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boubekeur Benarbia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boubekeur Benarbia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bouzid Bezzaz in the 67th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fergani Khelaifia during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kodiak getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Fergani Khelaifia hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the game, Abdelmalek Mamouni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kodiak's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Khwopa fc the free kick. After 69 played minutes Kodiak got a freekick which was hit by Abdelmalek Mamouni. Said Bougherra, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 73 minutes, Rafik Zoheir Dahar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khwopa fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafik Zoheir Dahar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bouzid Bezzaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boubekeur Benarbia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. After 80 minutes, Chadli Bellemou Messaoud mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kodiak and the Khwopa fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chadli Bellemou Messaoud hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Rafik Zoheir Dahar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boubekeur Benarbia having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bouzid Bezzaz in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boubekeur Benarbia saved Kodiak from getting behind. Hamid Mehenni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rachid Belmellat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rafik Zoheir Dahar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khwopa fc were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kodiak for a fine match.
