Spectators: 6714 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ali Nabil got the match started through his kick off. Brahim Laref came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyman's Chaba Semghoun. But to his dismay, Chaba Semghoun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Rabah Fergani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lyman's supporters rose to their feet, but Rabah Fergani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brahim Laref breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 23rd minute, Mouloud Radjef hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Lyman booed when Kirkland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mouloud Radjef didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Nabil struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Mustapha Zenia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kirkland. If Rabah Fergani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes Kirkland got a freekick which was hit by Mouloud Radjef. In the 37th minute, Rabah Fergani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brahim Laref was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ali Nabil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Mustapha Zenia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Rabah Fergani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ali Nabil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirkland's Ismael Skif got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Kirkland players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lyman were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chaba Semghoun to strike the kick off in the second half. Ali Nabil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chaba Semghoun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Brahim Laref tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 minutes, Maamar Ulansi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lyman and the Kirkland players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lyman fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! Salim Boulebda shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The audience was convinced that Chaba Semghoun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brahim Laref was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fodil Cohen during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kirkland getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Fodil Cohen hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rabah Fergani got free with Brahim Laref in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mustapha Zenia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Skif, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Brahim Laref made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Rabah Fergani sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chaba Semghoun in the 81st minute of play forced Kirkland's goalkeeper Brahim Laref to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lyman booed when Kirkland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salim Ramdane didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lyman's Chaba Semghoun in 83 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Brahim Laref guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Rabah Fergani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kirkland's zone, Rabah Fergani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brahim Laref came out of the goal and Rabah Fergani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Mouloud Radjef fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kirkland's protests and gave Mouloud Radjef a yellow card for diving instead. Rabah Fergani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brahim Laref having to interfere. In the 101st minute, Rabah Fergani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Kirkland supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lyman's performance. The match ended with a win for Lyman.
