Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ahmed Belhagj took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Encinitas FC's Mohamed Chedda got control of the ball when Halim Sadi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Abdelhamid Diss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Mohamed Chedda managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Oelwein's Halim Sadi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. René Zitouni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelhamid Diss in the 19th minute of play. Halim Sadi struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Mohamed Chedda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oelwein. Mohamed Chedda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Belhagj, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Mohammad Kaci Gourion's late challenge caught a Encinitas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohammad Kaci Gourion helped the player get up and apologised. Mohammad Kaci Gourion hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After 37 played minutes Oelwein got a freekick which was hit by Farid Hamouda. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oelwein's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Liamine Ouyahia was slow to take the kick. During this time Encinitas FC's players had a chance to rest. Abdelhamid Diss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without René Zitouni having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdelhamid Diss to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg René Zitouni managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Encinitas FC's Thelma Aziz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Halim Sadi scored 1-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mohamed Chedda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abdelhamid Diss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Encinitas FC's Abdelaziz Brahimi got a free kick in the 67th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Abdelhamid Diss recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of René Zitouni. Abdelhamid Diss showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Halim Sadi struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mohamed Chedda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oelwein. If Ahmed Belhagj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. René Zitouni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelhamid Diss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 played minutes Oelwein got a freekick which was hit by Faouzi Mohand. The Encinitas FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
