After 3 minutes, Yacine Fanon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buies Creek AFC and the Millen players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Millen booed when Buies Creek AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yacine Fanon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th match minute, Buies Creek AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nadir Zemmamouche to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cheb Zaoui during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 8 minutes into the game, one of Millen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Noureddine Chaib shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 14th minute, Mourad Zidane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Abderraouf Amri came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Buies Creek AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abderraouf Amri couldn't finish the play. Madjid Zidane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Merzekane in the 23rd minute of play. When Chakib Mansouri fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buies Creek AFC's protests and gave Chakib Mansouri a yellow card for diving instead. Chakib Mansouri kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. If Abderraouf Amri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute Karim Merzekane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Madjid Zidane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Millen's Frantz Drid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abderraouf Amri in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karim Merzekane made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Millen's goalkeeper Frantz Drid had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abderraouf Amri. Madjid Zidane stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karim Merzekane's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute of the match Khalida Bentaala sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frantz Drid skillfully saved the ball. When Nadir Zemmamouche fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buies Creek AFC's protests and gave Nadir Zemmamouche a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes Buies Creek AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nadir Zemmamouche. Karim Merzekane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Madjid Zidane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noureddine Saïdi-Sief sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 minutes of play Buies Creek AFC's Nadir Zemmamouche was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 68 played minutes Buies Creek AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nadir Zemmamouche. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Cheb Bruel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Millen's supporters rose to their feet, but Cheb Bruel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Madjid Zidane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 74 in the game by Abderraouf Amri from a close distance when the talented Frantz Drid managed to make a qualified save. Millen's players were relieved. Abderraouf Amri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Millen getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Abderaouf Hamrouche hit a great ball. Buies Creek AFC played a much better game than Millen and deserved their victory. The Millen players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
