Spectators: 7389 (Terracing: 5579, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mustapha Djeziri took the kick off in the first half of the match. Abdel Hamid Zidane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mamaar Mohand, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Rabah Baroudis short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Samir Kouri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Rabah Baroudi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ROMMEL's supporters rose to their feet, but Rabah Baroudi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samir Kouri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Mamaar Mohand ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdel Hamid Zidane was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 17 minutes of play, Maywood's Mamaar Mohand made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdel Hamid Zidane was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Abdelaziz Hamid had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdel Hamid Zidane. FC ROMMEL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdelaziz Hamid was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. With his leg Samir Kouri managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when FC ROMMEL's Rabah Baroudi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Abdelaziz Hamid's late challenge caught a FC ROMMEL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdelaziz Hamid helped the player get up and apologised. When Yasmina Abbas fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maywood's protests and gave Yasmina Abbas a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maywood! 36 minutes into the match, Yacine Djamel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samir Kouri, 2-3. In the 40th match minute, FC ROMMEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mourad Hanin to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Maywood's Yasmina Abbas tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The FC ROMMEL fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when FC ROMMEL's Rabah Baroudi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rabah Baroudi to strike the kick off in the second half. Jean Diss scored 4-3 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samir Kouri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 54 played minutes Maywood got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Michel Dib. In the 56th minute, Rabah Baroudi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samir Kouri was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rabah Baroudi in the 60th managed to get into a good position. Mohammed Reda Madouni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samir Kouri having to interfere. Adlène Bahari kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Jean-Michel Dib fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maywood's protests and gave Jean-Michel Dib a yellow card for diving instead. If Jean Diss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Mohammed Reda Madouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohammed Reda Madouni charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohammed Reda Madouni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, FC ROMMEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohammed Reda Madouni to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the game, Adlène Bahari cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-4. Abdel Hamid Zidane was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yasmina Abbas kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Maywood's zone, Rabah Baroudi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samir Kouri came out of the goal and Rabah Baroudi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yacine Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mohammed Reda Madouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean Diss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Samir Kouri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC ROMMEL fully deserved thier win.
