Cadillac AFC's Belmadi Guendouz got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Abdelnasser Firoud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brahim Labi. Nogales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdelnasser Firoud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After a rather tough play, Nogales's Farès Radjef got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mamaar Yahi to make the kick off. Cadillac AFC's Rabah Arrache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Cadillac AFC from getting a goal against them. The Cadillac AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Brahim Labi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cadillac AFC. Ahmed El-Hadi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Rabah Arrache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Cadillac AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
