An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheb Messaoud in the 15th minute of play forced Dundee's goalkeeper Robert Abbas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rabah Hammad might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismaël Merzekane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rabah Hammad ran back to his position shaking his head. If Cheb Messaoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cheb Messaoud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Robert Abbas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mouloud Cohen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dundee's Muhammad Bahari got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ismaël Merzekane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dundee. Robert Abbas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mouloud Cohen in the 57th minute of the match. Mouloud Cohen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Abbas having to interfere. Cheb Messaoud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Abbas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mouloud Cohen in the 68th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, one of Dundee:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dundee. Cheb Messaoud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismaël Merzekane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toufik Saadane in the 86th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Cheb Messaoud managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dedham FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cheb Messaoud was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Abbas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cheb Messaoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mouloud Cohen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 minutes of play, Dedham FC's Cheb Messaoud made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Abbas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cheb Messaoud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute.
