Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Salah Boufroura got the match started through his kick off. Fodil Larbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Abbas having to interfere. Salah Boufroura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salah Boufroura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robert Abbas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, East Point's Fodil Larbes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robert Abbas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robert Abbas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salah Boufroura in the 17th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in East Point's zone, Muhammad Bahari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdelkader Mehenni came out of the goal and Muhammad Bahari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the game, Rabah Hammad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abdelkader Mehenni. Rabah Hammad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Fodil Larbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Robert Abbas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fodil Larbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Abbas having to interfere. Toufik Saadane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelkader Mehenni having to interfere. Robert Abbas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salah Boufroura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodil Larbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Fodil Larbes got free with Robert Abbas in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 83 minutes, Salah Boufroura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Point's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salah Boufroura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as East Point's Salah Boufroura slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Robert Abbas. That made the score 1-2 after 85 minutes of play. Toufik Saadane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Abdelkader Mehenni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Dundee's Toufik Saadane got a free kick in the 94th minute. Dundee's Robert Abbas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salah Boufroura in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. East Point had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
