Timber Pines FC's Tayeb Bedjaoui got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rabah Ziani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdel Hamid Bezzaz in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelhamid Saadane in the 48th minute of play forced Timber Pines FC's goalkeeper Rabah Ziani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdelhamid Saadane to strike the kick off in the second half. Medjadi Adjani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nordine Assad in the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Timber Pines FC's Kateb Zahouania got a free kick in the 61st minute. A collision led to Timber Pines FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Yazid Djeziri hit a great ball. Timber Pines FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Abdelhamid Saadane scored to the left of an out of position Rabah Ziani, making the score, 0-1. Rabah Ziani made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Abdel Hamid Bezzaz sent off a good shot on target. When Nordine Assad came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Timber Pines FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nordine Assad couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Timber Pines FC's Rabah Ziani got control of the ball when Abdel Hamid Bezzaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Nordine Assad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Poteet FC's zone, Tayeb Bedjaoui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Medjadi Adjani came out of the goal and Tayeb Bedjaoui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Medjadi Adjani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nordine Assad, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Rabah Ziani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelhamid Saadane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes Timber Pines FC got a freekick which was hit by Chadli Nabil. Rabah Ziani was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abdelhamid Saadane showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 90 minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Timber Pines FC's goalkeeper Rabah Ziani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdel Hamid Bezzaz.
