Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ali Teissier kicked off to start the match. Mohamed Zerguelaine kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Belmadi Belfaa took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yacine Boutella. Yacine Boutella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Tarrant FC's Abdelmalek Dahleb got a free kick in the 13th minute. Ali Teissier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Mehdi Mecherara made a huge save. In the 17th minute, Abd al-Asis Boniche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdelkader Zéroual kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Mehdi Mecherara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelkader Zéroual in the 21st minute of the match. Mehdi Mecherara made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ali Teissier sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Tarrant FC's goalkeeper Mehdi Mecherara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Teissier. After 31 played minutes Tarrant FC got a freekick which was hit by Amar Ouyahia. Abdelkader Zéroual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Tarrant FC's zone, Ali Teissier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehdi Mecherara came out of the goal and Ali Teissier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Tarrant FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelkader Zéroual came free, but Mehdi Mecherara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, Tarrant FC's Yazid Louahla made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yacine Boutella was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Tarrant FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Ali Teissier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehdi Mecherara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelkader Zéroual, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Mehdi Mecherara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Teissier in the 58th minute of play. Ali Teissier's late challenge caught a Tarrant FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Teissier helped the player get up and apologised. Ali Teissier kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Abdelaziz Iles was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alachua fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Yacine Boutella, was totally fooled by Tarrant FC's Abderraouf Djura, who 73 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Abdelkader Zéroual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Mecherara having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Abdelkader Zéroual left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alachua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmadi Belfaa in the 84th minute of play forced Alachua's goalkeeper Yacine Boutella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehdi Mecherara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelkader Zéroual in the 85th minute of the match. Mehdi Mecherara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelkader Zéroual, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Abdelkader Zéroual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tarrant FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tarrant FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
