Cheb Djamel started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind McLean FC's goalkeeper Mahmoud Fari, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Mohamed Aziz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute Abdelaziz Sennaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahmoud Fari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. McLean FC's Mahmoud Fari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cheb Djamel in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Cheb Djamel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jonesville AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cheb Djamel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mahmoud Fari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mouloud Aït Salem's late challenge caught a Jonesville AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mouloud Aït Salem helped the player get up and apologised. Abdelaziz Sennaoui blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mahmoud Fari having to make a save. Mahmoud Fari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cheb Djamel's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Abdelaziz Sennaoui struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Mahmoud Fari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jonesville AFC. Rachid Benmabrouk hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. McLean FC's Mouloud Aït Salem got his second yellow card of the match in the 28th minute. The referee ordered Mouloud Aït Salem off the ground. Mouloud Aït Salem kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. McLean FC's Mahmoud Fari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelaziz Sennaoui in the 31st minute of play. The McLean FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mahmoud Fari should have stopped the shot. Abdelaziz Sennaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Mahmoud Fari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Jonesville AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cheb Mohamed was the one to do the kick off. Cheb Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abdelaziz Sennaoui came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Jonesville AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdelaziz Sennaoui couldn't finish the play. Mahmoud Fari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoheir Daham in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, McLean FC's Rachid Benmabrouk got a free kick in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Abdel Bezzaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jonesville AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdel Bezzaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With an all-out effort, Jonesville AFC's Mahmoud Fari threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cheb Djamel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Jonesville AFC. Abdel Bezzaz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mahmoud Fari. 0-3. In the 81st minute, Salah Saci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cheb Djamel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mahmoud Fari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of McLean FC booed when Jonesville AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Ben Gallaire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahmoud Fari didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdelaziz Sennaoui went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 96th minute, Abdelaziz Sennaoui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jonesville AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Jonesville AFC played a much better game than McLean FC and deserved their victory. The McLean FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
