Medjadi Boudiaf made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Cheb Mohamed sent off a good shot on target. Bendjedid Bouguerra hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Cheb Mohamed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Medjadi Boudiaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Medjadi Boudiaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Zaoui in the 20th minute of the match. Bendjedid Bouguerra hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 24 minutes of play Lake Los Angeles AFC's Bendjedid Bouguerra was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Lake Los Angeles AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Bendjedid Bouguerra hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Lake Los Angeles AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Zaoui came free, but Medjadi Boudiaf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karim Zaoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karim Zaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medjadi Boudiaf having to interfere. Medjadi Boudiaf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karim Zaoui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Karim Zaoui took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Medjadi Boudiaf to make any attempt to save it. In the 41st match minute, McLean FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noureddine Fadhil Mohamed to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lake Los Angeles AFC's zone, Karim Zaoui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Medjadi Boudiaf came out of the goal and Karim Zaoui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Knodi Boulmerka came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Lake Los Angeles AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Knodi Boulmerka couldn't finish the play. If Cheb Mohamed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karim Zaoui made a kick off. Knodi Boulmerka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salah Kouri during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, McLean FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salah Kouri to maneuver through the defense. Mahmoud Fari made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Knodi Boulmerka sent off a good shot on target. Zīn ud-Dīn Benzine's late challenge caught a McLean FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zīn ud-Dīn Benzine helped the player get up and apologised. Cheb Mohamed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Medjadi Boudiaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, McLean FC's Karim Zaoui sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Medjadi Boudiaf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Karim Zaoui made a precise shot to the right of Medjadi Boudiaf. Lake Los Angeles AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Karim Zaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Medjadi Boudiaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Lake Los Angeles AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Noureddine Fadhil Mohamed came free, but Medjadi Boudiaf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zīn ud-Dīn Benzine was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Karim Zaoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cheb Mohamed might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Medjadi Boudiaf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cheb Mohamed ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Frantz Mammeri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mahmoud Fari. That made the score 2-1 in the 90 minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Cheb Mohamed had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Medjadi Boudiaf. Lake Los Angeles AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cheb Mohamed was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. McLean FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
